How we make money
Sarge-P is software-only: you pay a monthly platform fee based on headcount on your busiest day of the month (from £40/month). We don't employ temps, run a worker marketplace, or take commission when your agencies fill shifts — check our pricing tier at signup; the no-contract option has no lock-in term.

Sign up before 1 October 2026 and lock in our lowest per-head rate for the life of your account — whichever contract length you choose. After that date, standard tier pricing applies.
