Staff show a personal QR code on arrival and an area manager scans it. The same code is used when they leave, and the time is recorded automatically.

Keep agencies accountable
When in-house staff can't cover a role or area, raise a gap request from the staffing board and allocate it to your agency partners. They work from their own portal, you see each agency's deliverability score out of 5 and agency spend, and there's no commission on placements.

Pay 1p per rostered head on your busiest day of the month, with no minimum payment in your first month. A club with 200 staff on its busiest day would pay £2. Available to clubs that register by 31 December 2026. After your first month, your chosen tier rate and the £40 minimum apply.

Questions clubs ask
How does the offer work?
You pay 1p per rostered head on your busiest day in your first billing month, with no £40 minimum. After that, your chosen tier rate and the £40 minimum apply. Billing starts once you have 3+ staff and 1+ event on the platform.
Do we need a contract?
No. The no-contract tier has no lock-in. The 1-year and 2-year tiers lower the per-head rate, and leaving early costs £40 per remaining month.
Can we try it first?
You won't be charged while you explore. The team can issue a 28-day trial code on request (one per organisation).
How do staff get access?
They're invited by an email link from the club or their agency. There's no separate public signup.
Does it connect to our payroll system?
Sarge-P produces CSV exports for payroll. It doesn't claim a direct payroll integration.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Sarge-P doesn't offer a single bulk export when you leave. While your account is active you can download CSVs such as payroll, organisation reports, the compliance roster and the staff directory.
